Our diaper cakes are made with your choice of size 2 Pamper Swaddlers, or size 2 Seventh Generation diapers. Each layer of our diaper cakes is wrapped in tulle (choose from 3 colors- pink, brown, or white) and sits on a cake tray. Choose from the following three sizes:

2 tier contain 25 diapers
3 tier cake contains 60 diapers
4 tier cake contains 115 diapers
